An inspirational field report from Morocco Presenting an amazing collection of shots from the African continent that will fill you with ride-envy... As your eyes glaze over with potential, you will want to be there with Vincent Lavaud, aka Cambione, in sun-baked Morocco. He spent 3 weeks there over the summer, including 5 days in Oukaimeden- about 50 miles from Marrakech in the Atlas mountains, it's actually a ski resort! The skiing area is at an altitude between 2600 and 3200 metres and it has 7 lifts. However, as you may suspect, Oukaimeden does not usually get much snow, leaving it open for quads, hiking, biking, and world-traveller mountainboard adventurers like Cambione. Taking his colour-coordinated 4-wheeled transports, he met with amazing locals and rode amazing mountains. And we bet you'll want to as well after seeing the place...
