Sometimes we fall, sometimes we... In this crazy sport, there are times that we feel as tall as the mountain we're standing on. Things go so well, everything is dialled and the ride is sublime. Sometimes however, there are days we shouldn't have got out of bed. Stupid little errors and foolish split-second decisions that unfortunately lead (mentally) to a bruised ego and (physically) to some good old visceral pain... This is totally amplified when in competition. Here we present an exhibition of such crashingly-great tragic moments: the knowing nano-second before someone hits you on the bx track, the slight over-rotation, the faceplant or just plain sliding out of control. True fails, of differing degree. All taken during the 2007 UK series, the Dirt-monkeys shoot everything at the championships - the good and the bad, and here we glorify, wince and laugh in knowing sympathy at the epic accidents that inevitably happened. The knocks we take give us a tenacious attitude to take with us in whatever we do: You get knocked down, you get back up and beat 'em next time. You fall down, you learn, the hard way.
